How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Link your account with your partner's account.
  • Display your shared User Content (like Syncs and List items) to you and your partner.
  • Send you push notifications regarding your account or your partner's activity.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

Your information is only shared in the following ways:

  • With Your Partner: The core function of the App is to share information you provide with your linked partner. Any User Content you submit will be visible to them.
  • By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors who perform services for us (like Supabase for backend database and authentication).

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. We rely on industry-standard providers like Supabase to secure your data in the cloud. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information and User Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the services. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in the deletion of your personal information and User Content.

Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). If you become aware of any data we have collected from children, please contact us.
