Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the coupleish mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. The Service

coupleish provides a private, shared space for couples to connect through daily questions, shared lists, and other activities. The service requires both you and your partner to have an account and to be linked within the App.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

The App requires a subscription to access its services. We offer a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected price (monthly or annually) unless canceled.

Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as permitted by Apple's App Store policies.

One subscription covers both you and your linked partner.

4. User Content

You and your partner are solely responsible for the text, photos, and other content you create or submit to the App ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and display that content *solely* for the purpose of operating the App and making that content visible to your linked partner.

You agree not to submit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of the App is governed by these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which includes the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). You can review the Standard EULA here.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Standard EULA, these Terms shall govern.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and your User Content may be deleted.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall coupleish be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country, e.g., the State of California], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
